Standard Returns & Timeframe
​Eligible Items: Unopened, original physical artworks in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

​Ineligible Items: Custom art commissions, personalized pieces, digital downloads, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded once production or delivery is completed.

​Order Cancellations
​Cancellations for original artwork can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund by contacting davis0528@outloook.com.

​Once an item has entered the fulfillment or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

​Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
​If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of carrier delivery tracking timestamp at davis0528@outlook.com.

​Photos of the damaged item and original outer packaging are required to initiate a replacement or carrier insurance claim.

​Refund Processing & Credit Terms
​Approved returns are refunded exclusively back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued via alternate payment methods or to third parties.

​Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect on your card account following receipt and inspection of returned goods.

​Chargeback Notice & Customer Resolution
​If you experience an issue with an order, please contact our support team prior to filing a transaction dispute with your issuing bank. Leaders Merchant Services and Opa’s Abstract Art handle all legitimate order inquiries promptly to resolve billing issues directly.
