​Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership
​All artwork, visual assets, branding, photography, prints, and original compositions displayed on opa-art.com are the exclusive property of Opa’s Abstract Art.
​The sale of original physical artwork, custom commissions, or fine art prints transfers physical ownership only. Copyright, reproduction, and licensing rights remain exclusively with Opa’s Abstract Art unless expressly granted in a written contract signed by Opa’s Abstract Art.

​Payment Processing & Merchant Verification
​Payments are processed via secure credit/debit card merchant facilities provided by our acquiring processor, Leaders Merchant Services.
​All orders are subject to identity verification, address verification system (AVS) checks, and card security code (CVV/CVC) validation prior to order processing.

​We reserve the right to cancel or place a hold on any order flagged for potential payment fraud or unauthorized activity.

​Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
​Opa’s Abstract Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site access, delivery delays by third-party carriers, or product handling.
